On Friday 23rd April, an Ebay auction began for ownership of a Dr Martens ’50th Anniversary Limited Edition Birthday Boot’.
On the April 1st 2010 the Docs factory made 50 pairs and these were individually numbered. The limited edition first pair of 1460′s that came out of the factory on 1st April are being auctioned for The Footwear Friends Charity, a charity that has supported the footwear industry since 1836. The rest will not be available for general sale therefore this is a real collectors item! Bid or just watch the price grow ever higher!
